يترقب الفلسطينيون والعرب وبقية العالم قرار محكمة العدل الدولية على الدعوة التي رفعتها دولة جنوب أفريقيا ضد إسرائيل بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم إبادة جماعية في قطاع غزة. ويعرف المطلعون جيدا بان اي قرار سيصدر لن يغير من سياسة إسرائيل العدوانية ومعها موقف الولايات الأمريكية المتحدة، الداعم الرئيسي باستمرار الحرب البربرية التي أدت فعليا إلى إبادة جزء كبير من الشعب الفلسطيني.
فقد وصل عدد الشهداء والجرحى والمفقودين إلى ما يقارب 100 ألف مدني حتى يوم ١٢ أكتوبر 2024. ويبقى قرار المحكمة العدل الدولية هام جدا، لأنه سيمثل الموقف الأخلاقي الدولي تجاه قضية الشعب الفلسطيني.
وذكر المحامي الدولي الأمريكي في مجال حقوق الإنسان فرانسيس بويل في حديث لموقع الجزيرة الإخباري ، بأنه بعد دراسة الوثائق والدلائل الوافية التي قدمتها دولةجنوب أفريقيا للمحكمة، متأكد بانها كافية للفوز بالقضية.
والمحامي بويل ، كان قد فاز سابقا في المحكمة الدولية بقضيةً التهام يوغسلافيا القيام بحملة إبادة في البوسنة عام 1995، بعد حدوث مجزرة سربرنيتشا التي قتل فيها ثمانية آلاف من الرجال والشباب البوسنيين المسلمين على يد القوات الصربية، ومع ذلك حذر المحامي بويل، بأن الأميركيين يعملون على المساعدة والتحريض على الإبادة الجماعية للشعب الفلسطيني ، فموقفهم في مجلس الامن وتصريحات الرئيس بايدن ووزير خارجيته بلينكن كانت ولا تزال مع استمرار الحرب وعدم توقفها في غزة.
ولهذا فكلاهما شخصيا مع أمريكا أيضا مذنبين، وذلك بموجب المادة “3 إي” من اتفاقية الإبادة الجماعية التي تحظر التواطؤ بالإبادة الجماعية.
ولهذا يبذل الأميركيون حاليا قصارى جهدهم بالتعاون مع القوى الإسرائيلية والصهيونية وبعض الدول الغربية لتخريب هذه الدعوى بطريقة ما.
وهو على يقين أن الإسرائيليين والأميركيين سيهددون القضاة وعائلاتهم، مما يجعل الأمر منوطا بنزاهتهم، وخاصة ان رئيسة المحكمة جون دوناهو عملت فترة طويلة في وزارة الخارجية الأميركية، وهي متقلبة وفاسدة وتخدم المصالح الأميركية، وستعمل كل ما في وسعها لمنع إدانة إسرائيل.
وتأكيدا لكلام المحامي بويل، اعلن وزير الخارجية الأميركي بلينكن رفض تقرير جنوب أفريقيا ، واصفا محتواه بـ”المزاعم التي لا أساس لها من الصحة”، لأن الغرض منه هو “صرف الانتباه عن الجهود المبذولة لتحسين الوضع الإنساني في غزة”، على حد قوله.
ونذكر بأن أمريكا, هي الشريك الأساسي بشّن الحرب الوحشية على غزة، وتساند إسرائيل بتزويدها بأحدث الأسلحة وبآلاف الأطنان من القنابل والصواريخ عمليا بحرب إبادة الشعب الفلسطيني.
وكل ما يذكره بلينكن للحكام العرب في زياراته المتكررة لهم بضرورة قيام الدولة الفلسطينية، ليس سوى تضليل ونفاق وتخدير ، ومنعهم من وقف التطبيع مع الكيان الصهيوني ومساندة قضية جنوب أفريقا ضد الكيان المحتل امام محكمة العدل الدولية.
نتمنى من منظمات المجتمع المدني العربي والعالمي الحر أن يعلنوا في كافة وسائل الإعلام المتاحة, الطلب من المحكمة العدل الدولية, اتخاذ قرار وقف حرب الإبادة الإسرائيلية التي تجري في غزة والضفة الغربية بفلسطين.

She is volatile, corrupt, and serves American interests, and will do everything in her power to prevent Israel’s condemnation
In confirmation of Attorney Boyle’s words, US Secretary of State Blinken announced his rejection of the South African report, describing its content as “baseless allegations,” because its purpose is “to divert attention from efforts made to improve the humanitarian situation in Gaza,” as he said
We recall that America is the primary partner in waging the brutal war on Gaza, and supports Israel by supplying it with the latest weapons and thousands of tons of bombs and missiles in practically the war of annihilation of the Palestinian people
Everything that Blinken reminds the Arab rulers in his repeated visits to them about the necessity of establishing a Palestinian state is nothing but deception, hypocrisy and anesthesia, preventing them from stopping normalization with the Zionist entity and supporting South Africa’s case against the occupying entity before the International Court of Justice
We hope that all free Arab, and international civil societies will announce in all available media, requesting the International Court of Justice to take a decision to stop the Israeli war of annihilation taking place in Gaza and the West Bank in Palestine
